You can submit online the Statements of Detailed Health Documents (eDAPY) of medical visits.

More specifically, you can:

• submit and "smartly" sort the supporting documents for the contracts with an opened time period
• calculate the requested amount per document you submit and the total requested amount for each submission
• check the submission according to the stipulated terms and conditions
• designate multiple users to manage the supporting documents

You will need to:

• register for the online "Certification of physicians/ other health providers" service
• log in to the electronic outpatient care DAPY service, with the registration credentials
