Owners of travel agencies and travel operators who worked with hotels evacuated during the forest fires on the island of Rhodes in July 2023, can register through your legal representative in the Register of travel agencies and agents.

In order to start the process, an email containing information on the creation of an account in the application has been sent.

You will need to:

• fill in the credentials for the application
• fill in the business details (Tax Identification Number (AFM), full name, full address)
• fill in the name of the legal representative and the type and number of his/her identity document (passport or identity card)
• fill in the details of the contact person (name, full name, contact telephone number)
• upload the completed and signed application of your company to participate in the programme

In the next phase you will register your beneficiary clients for the programme reference period.
