You can participate in the programme for solar water heater vouchers and recycling old electric ones, if you are self-employed or have a business, and operate in the following sectors:

• manufacture, wholesale or retail trade of solar water heaters
• plumbing and air conditioners of refrigeration and heating installations

The programme includes the following supplier categories:

• Category 1: Retailers; Professionals/Cooperatives of Hydraulic and Climatic Heating and Cooling Installations (direct suppliers)
• Category 2: Manufacturers, agents, importers and distributors (indirect suppliers)

What you can do as a contracted supplier:

• declare eligible appliance models;
• sell subsidised equipment using programme vouchers;
• manage equipment intended for recycling;
• provide installation services for the new solar water heaters

How to become a contracted supplier:

1. You can start the application process, by creating an individual account for your business  and fill in basic registration information in the web platform.
2. Your application is assessed by the competent authority and either approved or rejected.
3. By the approval of the application, your account gets activated and you can register additional users.

What you can do via the web platform as a contracted supplier:

1. You can submit requests for the approval of equipment and / or the sale of equipment to beneficiaries. 
2. You can manage vouchers related to your business.

You will need to:

• to login with your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach any necessary supporting evidence

You will be notified via sms and email for any decision taken by the competent authority for any for your submitted requests in the web platform.
