You can apply to join the Interim Vulnerable Debtors' Support Programme in order for the process of foreclosure on your main residence to be suspended until the property is transferred to the Acquisition and Leaseback Agency.

A necessary condition is that you have issued a vulnerable debtor's certificate within the last quarter.

If your ownership rights to your main residence is only a notional share or if you are the bare owner or a usufructuary, submitting the application requires the cooperation of all co-owners, including bare owners and usufructuaries.
