​​​​​If you are a registered and active seafarer you can issue a copy of your seafarer's booklet in the event that either:

• the pages have been filled
• you have lost it
• it is worn out
• it has been changed from restricted to all classes and vice versa.

Note that the application can be submitted by a third party instead of you, as long as you have an authorisation issued by you via gov.gr.

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet passwords
• fill in and attach the application form
• attach the necessary supporting documents, if applicable.
