You can request a copy of your high speed craft operator's licence due to loss, wear or replacement.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your e-mail address
• attach the necessary supporting documents
• send your original licence to the port authority that issued it

You will receive the reply in your e-mail or by registered mail.
