You can reserve a date for your full registration in the context of filing an application for international protection. You can include up to 8 members in your application, filling in the number of adults and the number of minors separately.

After logging in to the service, click "Connect" on the top right corner of the screen. The connection is carried out by entering a contact email. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to this email every time you log in, which you need to enter in a field of the login screen.

You will need to fill in:

• the Interoffice Memorandum from the Greek police authorities, if you have one
• your full details. In case you have an Interoffice Memorandum, fill in the details exactly as written on it
• the pre-registration number, in case this is indicated in the Interoffice Memorandum
• your passport number, if you have one
• the way, location and date of entry into Greece
• the language in which you wish to be registered
• the number of minors and adult members to be registered
• the location at which you wish to register

The registration locations are:

• Attica - Malakasa (Malakasa structure, Gerakini camp, Malakasa)
• Thessaloniki - Diavata (Diavata structure, former Anagnostopoulou camp, Diavata)

After finalising your application, an appointment will be booked for you, so that you can get to the registration point you selected and you will be able to receive a receipt in the email you provided. The appointment is common to all members of the application.

This registration process does not apply to: (a) criminal prisoners; (b) unaccompanied minors; and (c) citizens of third countries who have already filed an asylum application.

In the event that you are not able to get to the registration location for the appointment booked, you can reschedule it two more times, but it will not be possible to postpone it further.

If your appointment is rescheduled by the service, you will be notified in time of the new date.
