The Social Service for the deals with requests from deaf/hard-of-hearing persons concerning their transactions with public or private bodies (medical, legal, welfare, asylum to refugees, etc.). It responds to demands that create difficulties in the daily lives of deaf/hard persons (access to information, career counselling, links to the labour market).
