Deaf and hard-of-hearing citizens can communicate with anyone listening in real time and communicate your needs (medical, public services, individuals, relatives, friends, etc.) directly and effectively, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by remote connection to an interpreter of the National Institute of the Deaf.
You will need to:

• have a computer or mobile device available with a camera and an internet connection
