You van apply to be referred to a military service exemption committee to reassess your physical fitness, in case that (a) you have been deemed unfit for military enlistment (medical category: I5) by the health committees of the Armed Forces, and (b) a period of at least six (6) months has elapsed since such a medical report was drafted.

When to apply:
The application can be submitted at any time until you reach the age of forty-five (45) and if a period of at least six (6) months has elapsed since you have been assessed as unfit for military service.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

You can optionally attach a medical certificate showing a cure or improvement of your medical condition, or a formal declaration in this respect.
