You can apply for postponement of your conscription in the Armed Forces if, on the date you are required to enlist due to the initial call-up of your class:

• you are in your nineteenth (19th) year of age
• you are the father of two living children

When to apply:

The supporting documents need to be submitted from the date of the initial call-up of your class and at the latest by 31 December of the calendar year, three years after the date on which you are required to enlist.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• a family status certificate for military use
