You can get the translation of your European patent (B1) within 3 months from the date of publication at the European Patent Office (EPO).

You can also submit additional documents in your file.

You will be asked to provide:

• the number and the date of filing of the European patent application
• the number and the date of publication of the European patent

You will need to:

• register and identify yourself with the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization (HIPO)
• attach the description and claims for Greece, together with a summary of your patent
• pay the fees for each phase of the process

The result will be displayed in the HIPO Inbox.
