Set up your company yourself, without visiting the premises of any public service.

What you need to do:

1. One of the founders of the company or an authorised third party needs to login to the e-YMS (Electronic One-Stop Shop) application with their Taxisnet credentials

2. You can select to set up a new company, perform an electronic pre-check or reserve the name and distinctive trade sign of the company.
3. Fill in all the details of the company's articles of association based on the model document.
4. All members of the company need to accept the articles of association sent to them.

Then, all the necessary actions are automatically performed (registration in the GEMI / Chamber, obtaining of a Tax Identification Number (AFM), registration with EFKA) and the certificate of establishment is issued.
