Natural persons who are registered producers Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings and you want to be active as a salesperson in stagnating trade in goods, from own production, you can apply for and obtain the licence of a producer seller.

In stationary open-air trade, the vendor shall not move from the fixed point designated and delimited by the municipality which granted him the licence.

Licences are granted on the basis of a notice issued by the municipalities and the licensees are selected through scoring (table) of the criteria .

It will be necessary to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• please attach the necessary supporting documents depending on your capacity, the vacancy notice and the product you will market

The period of validity of the licence shall be five years with a right of renewal.
