Natural persons who want to engage as professional sellers in stagnating trade products which do not come from own production, you can apply for and obtain a professional seller’s licence.

In stationary open-air trade, the vendor shall not move from the fixed point designated and delimited by the municipality which granted him the licence.

Licences are granted on the basis of a notice issued by the municipalities.

Candidatees must be unemployed, who either themselves have a disability rate of at least fifty percent (50 %) or are parents or guardians of minor children with a disability rate of at least fifty percent (50 %).

It will be necessary to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• please attach the necessary supporting documents depending on your capacity, the vacancy notice and the product you will market

The period of validity of the licence shall be five years with a right of renewal.
