You may apply digitally for a lease of immovable property for whatever area, provided that it concerns investments amounting to at least EUR 5 000 000 million in the primary sector or the processing thereof for matters relating to the immovable property of the Greek State managed by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, in accordance with Article 45 (2) of Law 5035_2023 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 76).
