You may apply digitally for the lease of immovable property for property, management of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food (YPAAT), more than one hundred (100) hectares for any purpose, such as primary sector activities or real estate, regardless of surface area, for investments of more than EUR 3 000 000 million, such as the establishment or extension of craft and industrial facilities, establishment or extension of hotel units and investments in renewable energy sources or real estate of less than one hundred (100) hectares for any purpose, in accordance with Article 4.1.a of Law 4061/2012.
