If you are a wine producer, you can deliver part of your wine quantities that is in tanks, in the context of the wine distillation programme.

Before submitting the application, you need to state your wine stocks in the digital service "Statement of production/stock/processing/marketing of wine"

For submitting the application, you will need the corporate Taxisnet credentials and the following supporting documents:

• winery operating licence
• deed of establishment of the legal person, in the case of a legal entity, or of commencement of activity, in the case of a natural person
• certificate of legal representation
• a valid and active bank account number (IBAN) in the name of the wine-making business
• distillation agreement
• wine certificate from the competent Directorate of Rural Economy and Veterinary Medicine, in the case of wine labelled as PDO or PGI
• protocol for mixtures with alcohol of plant origin
• a wine analysis sheet, if available
• a formal declaration that you will not cease production and will not close down the business in the next 2 years
• A form for calculating the kilometre distance, from the wine storage location to the premises of the category B distillery (you can issue the document by using the "Kilometre distance calculator" digital service)

The administrative control and the on-site inspection will then be carried out by the competent services.
