Providers may submit a question, request or complaint to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (HTPC) concerning a problem of interference in the operation of a radio station: 

• mobile phone station 
• special Radius 
• radio station 

Please indicate the exact location, time and duration of the interference, as well as any additional technical data or measurements that will assist in the examination of the complaint. 
The HTPC carry out on-the-spot checks with specific measuring equipment in order to identify the origin of the interference. Afterwards, the Commission will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem by informing the complainant accordingly.
