You can submit a query, request or complaint to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) if a new wireless device does not comply with the requirements (e.g. does not bear a CE marking, is not accompanied by a declaration of conformity).

You will need to clearly describe the problem and attach the appropriate documents (e.g. photos and purchase receipts) to substantiate your complaint.
