You can submit the declaration of reimbursement of the special luxury tax.

The return must be submitted for each tax period in which an obligation to pay the special luxury tax arises. The tax period is the calendar month. The special tax shall be paid until the 26th day of the month following the end of the tax period. No declaration shall be submitted for a tax period in which there is no obligation to pay the special tax.
