Online complaints about cybercrimes to the Cyber Crime Division of the Hellenic Police are now available at gov.gr.

You can file a signed complaint for:

• offences committed against minors on the Internet
• financial cybercrimes involving electronic/digital currencies
• violation of the privacy of electronic and telephone communications
• illegal distribution of audiovisual works on the Internet
• illegal access to a computer
• cases of computer fraud

Depending on the nature of the alleged offence and the applicable law, further communication with the Cyber Crime Division may be required as well compliance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure on filing a lawsuit.
