You can access your child's electronic health booklet in the "Paediatric History" section of the Electronic Personal Health Record (AIFI).

The "Paediatric history" shows your child's health data for each age period and the vaccinations recorded by the treating physicians.

You can access the service as follows:

• with your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (EMEP), in order to confirm your mobile phone number) and a confirmation code that you will receive by SMS on your mobile phone
• with your personal internet banking credentials and a confirmation code that you will receive by SMS on your mobile phone
• with the AIFI passwords you have received from your child's family doctor
