You can get a voucher of 40€ for preventive dental care of a children aged 6 to 12 years. The voucher covers the following treatments: 

• oral hygiene control 
• cleaning and removal of plaque 
• fluoridation 
• providing instructions for oral hygiene

You can apply, if:

• you have parental care, custody, or guardianship of the child, or 
• you provide the insurance cover and act as the child's representative

Eligible children: 

• are born between 2011 and 2017
• reside legally in the Greek territory
• have a Social Security Number (AMKA), or a Temporary Number for Insurance and Health Care of Foreigners (PAAYPA). 

You will need to:

• login with your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your e-mail address and your mobile phone number
• the social security number of the beneficiary child

Dentist Pass vouchers expire six calendar months after their issuance.
