Amateur sports clubs that have a special sports recognition need to sign up to the "Electronic Register of Sports Clubs with Special Sports Recognition" of the General Secretariat of Sports (GGA).
First, you will need to create a sports club account.

To sign up to the register, you will need to:

• enter the four-digit code of your club (use Greek capital letters). In the event that, as a sports club, you do not have codes from the physical register, you will need to file an application to get a sports club recognition of the General Secretariat of Sports

• fill in the e-mail of the club
• fill in the details of the legal representative of the club (name, surname, father's name, Tax Identification Number (AFM))
• attach the necessary supporting documents

The registration is finalised after the necessary checks by the competent service units of the GGA.
