You can apply for a change to the details of your licence to the relevant Regional Service (APY), as long as you are the President of the Amateur Radio Association or a member of the Association. 

You need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials.
• issue and pay the applicable fee through the e-paravolo application (fee code 5124)
• enter the payment number of the electronic fee
• attach any supporting documents

You will be notified by email of the progress of your application by the APY.
