You can apply for a radio amateur licence if you belong to a legal person, namely:

• non-profit associations
• club
• higher education institutions

Conditions:

• meet the conditions concerning your legal person
• issue and pay the applicable fee via the application e-paravolo (fee code 5115)

You need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter the payment number of the online fee
• please attach a formal declaration stating that you have not previously been deprived of an amateur station licence

You will be notified by email of the status of your application by the competent Regional Service.
