The Citizen's Inbox is your digital mailbox on the gov.gr portal. You can find documents issued online in the portal or documents issued by an institution through the portal. More specifically, you can see:

• formal declarations
• authorisations
• municipal roll certificates
• certificates issued by the municipal registry office
• coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination certificates
• for the school year 2022-2023.atdocuments you issued by applying to a Citizens' Service Centre (KEP) through gov.gr
• free parking passes for electric vehicles

You can log in to the Citizen's Inbox in 2 ways:

• with your personal internet banking credentials at the National Bank of Greece, the Bank of Piraeus, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Pankritia Bank, the Bank of Chania, the Bank of Epirus, the Cooperative Bank of Karditsa or the Bank of Central Macedonia
• with your personal Taxisnet credentials (after first registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP), in order to confirm your mobile phone number)
