If you are a special manager of an apartment building that has been affected by the September 2023 floods, you can apply for a permit to repair common areas/common elements and/or facilities and receive housing assistance consisting of free government assistance and/or an interest-free loan, at a fixed price per square metre. 

The affected surfaces and/or installations may be:

• common/common areas
• installations (boiler, circulator, hydraulic lift machinery)

The affected areas concern:

• The Region of Attica and in particular the Regional Unit of East Attica, the Islands and the Southern Sector of Athens
• Region of Thessaly (areas of all municipalities)
• Region of Central Greece (areas of the regional units of Evia and Fthiotida)
• Region of Peloponnese and in particular the areas of the regional units of Argolida

You will need to:

• complete your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter details of the affected property (postal address, number of the deed of establishment of horizontal ownership)
  enter the details of the minutes of the decision of the General Assembly of co-owners 
  enter the number of either the Inventory Form, the Re-inspection Form or the Report of Inspection 
  enter a valid and active bank account number (IBAN)
• necessary supporting documents
