Book an online appointment at myPYRASFALEIAlive to be served by a representative of the Preventive and Repressive Fire Safety Offices via videoconference, for information on applicable fire safety law of buildings, businesses and facilities and for special information for engineers for applications for administrative fire protection acts submitted through the information system "e-Licenses".

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

To book your digital appointment you will need to register:

• your full name
• your e-mail address
• your contact phone number
• the Municipality / Municipal Unit
• the application number of the e-Licenses IT system (if you are an engineer)

The aim of myPyrasfaleialive is to provide interested citizens and engineers with the opportunity to make an appointment electronically, in order to be served by teleconference, from the competent Preventive and Repressive Fire Safety Offices of the Fire Brigade.

Services provided to citizens or engineers:

1. Information on applicable fire safety law for buildings, businesses and installations;
2. Specific information for engineers for applications for administrative fire protection acts submitted through the ‘e-Licences’ information system

Please note that the online appointment can be closed by someone else for you, but in the appointment, it should be you.
At the start of the videoconference, the presentation of identification documents will be requested.
