You can apply for the acquisition of property belonging to the private property of the State and falling under the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance.
You will need to:

• register your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in the necessary data (personal details, property details, location of land to be purchased, titles and possession of property, exceptions, discounts, paid e-paravolo code 3730)
• attach the necessary supporting documents

Please note that your request may also be submitted by your representative. The authorisation is granted after you have entered the application, create a new request (without completing fields) and enter only the details of your representative.

Your application with all the supporting documents is forwarded for completeness and correctness checks in order to proceed with the acquisition.
At each stage of the request you have the possibility to enter the application to view the status of your request or to modify your request. At the same time, information is received by e-mail.
