You can book an online appointment on myConsulLive and be served by a specialised employee of a Consulate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via video conference.

The following services are provided:

• issuance of permanent non-resident certificate
• issuance of a family status, birth or residence certificate
• issuance of a registry deed copy or extract
• submission of a declaration by a pension beneficiary
• applications / reports

To book your online appointment you will need to enter:

• your full name, your father's and mother's name
• your email address
• your contact details
• the address of residence abroad
• your ID card number or passport number

Please note that someone else can also book the appointment for you. However, you should personally attend the video conference.
