If you are an employee and have not been insured by your employer or the data entered in your employment record is not real, you can request your insurance settlement.
You will need to:
- enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
- enter your email address
- enter your Social Insurance Number (AMKA)
- attach any supporting documents supporting your claim
In the event that your complaint is accepted, a deed is issued for your insurance settlement and served on the employer. Thirty (30) days after the deed was duly served, it will be finalised, and your insurance history will be automatically updated. If an appeal is filed, your insurance history will be updated after the decision on the case has become final.
