The National Register of citizens entitled to insurance coverage (i.e. having Insurance Capacity) consolidates the insurance capacity data of the various systems of the health sector into a centralised information system. It is linked to the electronic prescription system, to hospitals and other health units (through the EOPYY) and aims to eliminate the process of health book attestation.
