Through the Digital Contact Room service portal, you can communicate electronically with EFKA regarding a pension application you have filed. In particular, you can submit electronic supporting documents, as required for the award of your pension, and contact EFKA to be informed about the progress of processing your request. In addition, an EFKA employee may contact you and ask you to submit supporting documents in electronic form in order to pursue the pension award process.

- your personal Taxisnet credentials
- your e-mail address, if it is has not been entered already in the National Contact Register
