If you have discontinued your insurance coverage, and you were previously a non-salaried professional (a freelancer, a self-employed person or a farmer), you may choose to continue your last insurance coverage for the branches of the main pension, and/or sickness, and/or supplementary insurance.

• your Social Insurance Number (AMKA)
