• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your Social Insurance Number (AMKA)
• your email address
• your mobile phone number
• a valid and active bank account number (IBAN), in which you are the sole beneficiary or co-beneficiary

The application period is at the end of each calendar year and is announced in good time.
