You can apply for the discontinuation of your postponed conscription in the Armed Forces, if on the date of your obligation to enlist in the Armed Forces you are being treated in a public hospital, in a hospital of a public law legal person or of a local government organisation, or in a medical institution abroad.

When to apply:

The supporting documents for being granted the postponement need to be submitted from the date on which you are initially required to enlist until the date on which you are required to do so on the grounds that you have been discharged from the hospital.
You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• a certificate from a competent body (hospital)
