You can declare the closure of your club after its dissolution and apply to cancel the unused pages of its attested account books.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• to attach the required supporting documents (see them by clicking the "Detailed description" link)

After the processing is complete, you will see the reply of the regional authority in your Inbox. The document bears all the validation features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

Currently, the service is available in the Region of Attica. More regions will gradually be included in it.
