You can reserve a date to amend your previous registration in the context of filing an application for international protection. Your subsequent registration may concern all members of the previous application. If you wish, you can register fewer members or add up to two (2) members.

After logging in to the service, click "Connect" on the top right corner of the screen. The connection is carried out by entering a contact email. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to this email every time you log in, which you need to enter in a field of the login screen.

You will need to fill in:

• the number of the previous asylum application
• the personal file reference number (DIKA)
• your details (name, surname and date of birth)
• your home address (prefecture, municipality, street & number) or alternatively the accommodation facility
• the language in which you wish to be registered

The Asylum office for your registration will be determined on the basis of your place of residence.

After finalising your application, an appointment will be booked for you, so that you can get to the competent Asylum Office and you will be able to receive a receipt in the email you provided. The appointment is common to all members of the application.

This registration process does not apply to: (a) criminal prisoners; (b) unaccompanied minors; and (c) citizens of third countries who are filing an asylum application for the first time.

In case of a second and subsequent asylum application, it is mandatory to produce an electronic fee (code: 8853) of €100 per each person concerned.

In case you do not attend the appointment, you can reschedule it two more times, but it will not be possible to postpone it further.
