If you are a permanent resident, you can apply online for free toll passage in your area.

More specifically, you need to submit:

• the ID card of the person who will be registered as a permanent resident
• a copy of a recent income tax return
• the registration licence of the vehicle or vehicles for which you are requesting free toll passage
• your unemployment card, if you are unemployed
• your parking ticket, if you are a person with disabilities

You will then be notified electronically of the approval or rejection of your application.
