If you are a refugee, you can apply for a mortgage discharge order for the plot, apartment or residence that has been granted to you in a refugee settlement, to use it at the land register or cadastral office of the locality of the property.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the required supporting documents (see them by clicking the "Detailed description" link)

After the processing is complete, you will see the reply of the regional authority in your Inbox. The document bears all the validation features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

Currently, the service is available in the Region of Attica. More regions will gradually be included in it.
