You can apply for a copy from the Book of Offences, Incidents, Arrests, Recommendations and Complaints of the Hellenic Police.

Before filing the application you will need to issue and pay the relevant electronic fee (code: 2051).

Then you can file your application online to the relevant Service.

You will need to:

• enter either your personal internet banking or Taxisnet credentials (after registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP), to confirm your mobile phone number)
• fill in the time period when the event took place
• enter the code of the electronic fee you paid
• select the police station to which the incident was reported

Once the processing has been completed, you will see the copy you requested in Your Inbox.
