You can submit a request for the investigation of a complaint that you have submitted and that has not been satisfactorily resolved by the railway undertaking involved (HELLENIC TRAIN AE, STASY SA) or the station manager.
You can submit a complaint to the national enforcement body, i.e. the Railway Regulatory Authority (RAS):
- within three months after the railway undertaking has rejected your complaint
- after 3 months from the date of lodging your complaint and after you have not received a reply
You will need to:
- fill in your details
- attach the railway undertaking's reply and any other supporting documents you consider necessary to substantiate your complaint
You have the right to submit a complaint to an alternative dispute resolution body in order to seek individual redress.
