You can submit a query or application, or file a complaint to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Postal Commission (EETT) in relation to your fixed telephony or mobile telephony connection or your internet connection.
Before contacting the EETT, you need to make sure that you have already sent your query, application or complaint to the service provider, who must reply to you within 20 days.
You can attach up to 5 documents to better substantiate your complaint.
You will need:
- the unique reference number given to you by the provider
- any written communication with the provider
