You can submit a query or application, or file a complaint to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) concerning courier services or other postal services.
Before contacting the EETT, you need to make sure that you have already sent your query, application or complaint to the service provider, who must reply to you within 20 days or 40 days, if additional information is required.
You can attach up to 5 documents to better substantiate your complaint.
You will need:
- the name of the provider you are complaining about
- the shipping number of the postal item
- the unique reference number (tracking number) given to you by the provider
- any written communication with the provider
