You can file a complaint on matters of competence of the General Secretariat of Trade and Consumer Protection, in relation to the following:
- consumer products
- services
- banking services
- insurance and other financial services
- debtor information companies
Your complaint can be either:
- signed, by means of authentication (you need to enter your personal Taxisnet credentials),
- signed, without authentication (you only need to enter your details), or
- anonymous.
Signed complaints are examined on a priority basis.
You can also receive information on other issues besides the above, such as how you can make complaints about products and services you have received outside of Greece, or about issues related to debt settlement and personal data protection.
