You can submit a complaint to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission against an intermediary service provider that you consider is in breach of the Digital Services Act.
Before submitting the complaint, make sure that:
- you have read the instructions and that the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) is responsible for the problem you are facing
- you have already contacted the provider, in particular if you have detected illegal content, or if you disagree with a decision taken by the provider in relation to your reporting of illegal content, or if the provider has imposed unreasonable restrictions on you.
You can attach any available documents to better substantiate your complaint.
