You can submit a signed complaint to the Hellenic Gaming Commission against a radio or television channel on issues relating to games of chance conducted from their frequency, such as:

• The game is a lucky of chance but has not been posted on the Register.
• Gaming is a lucky but its prizes are awarded to persons who are not entitled to participate (e.g. minors).
• The conditions for gaming have been amended without it being clear that their modifications have been approved by the member of Hellenic Gaming Commission.
• The game is lucky of chance but the lottery is not done by random number generator or by mechanical or electromechanical means (manual or electromechanical shoot).

• the details of the company complained of and attach any evidence you may have if necessary.
