You will need your personal passwords to access Taxisnet.

To book your digital appointment you will need to register:

• your full name
• your e-mail address
• your contact phone number
• the Municipality / Municipal Unit
• the application number of the e-Licenses IT system (if you are an engineer)

The aim of myPyrasfaleialive is to provide interested citizens and engineers with the opportunity to make an appointment electronically, in order to be served by telephone service from the competent Preventive and Repressive Fire Safety Offices of the Fire Brigade.

Services provided to citizens or engineers:

Information on applicable fire safety law for buildings, businesses and installations
Specific information for engineers for applications for administrative fire protection acts submitted through the ‘e-Licences’ information system

Please note that the online appointment can be closed by someone else for you. But on the date, it has to be you.

At the beginning of the telephone service you will be asked for the telephone identification of the declared data (name, application number.)
